- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  - $8.95 flat rate
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1-2 business days
  - $24.95 flat rate

### International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-21 business days
  - Starting at $15.95, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Express International: 3-7 business days
  - Starting at $39.95, calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

## Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships
- You can track your order status by logging into your account or clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email

## Shipping Restrictions
- Certain items containing hazardous materials (such as some resins or cleaning solutions) may have special shipping requirements or restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing hazardous materials

## Lost or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims for missing packages must be filed within 30 days of the expected delivery date

- We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information
